Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Pioneer Your Creative. By buying or using Phase 1, you agree to them. We have kept them plain.

1. Who we are

Pioneer Your Creative (“PYC,” “we,” “us”) is a digital creative-development program operated by Pioneer Your Creative LLC, 22 Roosevelt Ave, West Caldwell, NJ 07006. You can reach us at steve@pioneeryourcreative.com.

2. What you are buying

Phase 1 is a one-time purchase ($197) that gives you access to the Phase 1 program: the guided 30-day journey, the daily practice and reflection, the goal-setting tools, and the AI co-pilot, as described on our site. It is not a subscription. Access is granted to you for your own personal use.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please give us accurate information when you sign up, and do not share your access with others.

4. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the program. That includes copying, reselling, or redistributing the content; attempting to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the software; or using it to harm others or break the law. We may suspend access that violates these terms.

5. Our content, and yours

The program, its lessons, audio, text, and software are owned by PYC and licensed to you for your personal use. The words you write inside the program (your reflections, answers, and goals) remain yours. You grant us permission to store and process them to run the program for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. AI features

The program uses artificial intelligence, including a co-pilot and generated guidance, and some audio may be AI-generated. AI can be wrong or imperfect. Its output is for reflection and support only. It is not professional advice, and you should use your own judgment.

7. No guaranteed results

Phase 1 is a self-directed program. What you get out of it depends on you. We do not promise any specific career, financial, creative, or other outcome, and nothing on our site or in the program is a guarantee of results. The program is not a substitute for professional, medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

8. Payments and refunds

Payments are handled by our processor, Stripe. Your purchase is covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee, which forms part of these terms.

9. “As is” and liability

The program is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PYC's total liability to you for any claim relating to the program is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Changes

We may improve or update the program over time, and we may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use the program means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
