The 14-day money-back guarantee

If Phase 1 isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no hoops, no “why are you leaving” gauntlet. One email does it.

What it covers

The guarantee applies to your one-time purchase of Phase 1 ($197). Phase 1 is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge to worry about.

How to request a refund

Email steve@pioneeryourcreative.com from the address you bought with, or simply reply to your receipt, and tell us you'd like a refund. We'll confirm and process it.

How long it takes

Refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Once processed, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After 14 days

Because Phase 1 is delivered digitally and in full, requests made more than 14 days after purchase are handled at our discretion. If something is genuinely wrong, reach out anyway. We are reasonable people.
