Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect what we need to run the program for you, we do not sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

• Account details you give us, such as your email address and password, and your name if you provide it.
• What you create in the program: your Creative Archaeology answers, reflections, goals, and daily activity. This is the heart of how the program personalizes for you.
• Payment information. Your card is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details; we receive a confirmation of payment and basic billing information.
• Basic usage data needed to keep the service working and secure.

How we use it

We use your information to give you access to Phase 1, to personalize your program and your co-pilot, to process your payment and support your account, and to improve the program. We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes it for us

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the service:

• Stripe processes payments.
• Supabase hosts our database and handles sign-in and account storage.
• Anthropic powers our AI features. When you use the co-pilot or generate your identity synthesis, the relevant inputs are sent to Anthropic to produce a response. We do not permit your content to be used to train their models.

Each provider handles data under its own terms and security practices.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the program. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email steve@pioneeryourcreative.com and we will take care of it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.

Age

Pioneer Your Creative is intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
